Instaspin KYC Verification Process
Instaspin runs KYC checks to confirm your identity, your address, and that the payment method used on the account belongs to you. Verification happens inside your account after Instaspin requests it, and you upload files to the KYC form.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Instaspin requests this before the first withdrawal, after a large win, or if account activity triggers a security review (for example, repeated failed login attempts, device changes, or inconsistent personal details). Upload a clear photo or scan of a passport or national ID. The full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and photo must be readable, and the document must be valid (not expired). Instaspin may ask for a selfie holding the document if the automated check fails.
- Address proof: Instaspin requests address proof when the address on the account needs confirmation, when payment checks require it, or when withdrawal processing reaches the compliance step. Provide a document dated within the last 3 months: a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or official government letter. The document must show your full name and the same residential address as on the Instaspin profile; PO boxes do not pass as residential address proof.
- Payment method: Instaspin requests payment verification before approving withdrawals to reduce chargeback and third‑party payment risk. For bank cards, upload images of the front and back showing your name and the last 4 digits; hide the middle digits and the CVV code. For e-wallets, Instaspin accepts a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and email/ID, plus a transaction record linked to the Instaspin deposit. If you used multiple methods, Instaspin verifies each one that is connected to a withdrawal request.
Processing time depends on file quality and queue size. Instaspin completes most checks within 24 hours; manual review takes 1–3 business days when images are blurry, details do not match the profile, or extra checks are triggered by payment risk rules.
Right now, Instaspin KYC is a three-part check (identity, address, payment method) that is most commonly enforced
